One of the many great Peterisms

Mom, Dad, Peter, David and me were on our way home from visiting the grandparents and Dad let Peter drive in my little Honda Accord. We were driving on Orchard Drive when Peter started to switch lanes. Now he did a really good job except that he didn't check his blindspot. So I told him that he needed to check his blindspot and he had a very unusual response to that. He turned on the lights. Now it was about 8:30 PM so it was still light outside and lights were definately not needed, but Peter's special way of thinking thought if it is a blindspot then I can't see it so I should turn on the lights. What would we do without our cute, little Peter?
